50% of the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible Rate: Cancellation is free up to 2 days before the arrival date. After this time, we will charge 100% of the room rate as a cancellation fee.

Non-Refundable Rate: For non-refundable bookings, cancellation or changes are not possible. In case of cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

No-shows: will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

Policies for Minors:

- Children aged 0 to 11 years: Stay free of charge in existing beds.
- Children aged 12 years and older: Are considered adults and will be subject to adult rates.

No Pets Allowed: Pets are not allowed due to potential allergies of future guests.

The property reserves the right to perform maintenance work on amenities and common areas without prior notice.
