2. *Autonomous Check-In:* Our autonomous check-in concept offers privacy and flexibility. Access instructions will be sent to you prior to your arrival through the platform where you made your reservation.

3. *Number of Guests:* Ensure that the total number of guests matches your reservation.

4. *Check-Out:* Check-out is at 11 AM. Our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 11 AM to clean the property. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot delay their schedule.

5. *Cleaning Dishes and Kitchen Utensils:* If you use any dishes during your stay, we kindly ask that you wash them. Your help is greatly appreciated.

6. *Locking the Door:* Please close and secure the door each time you leave the apartment by tapping the digital lock screen and pressing the lock button. We also ask you to do the same with the pedestrian gate.

7. *Lights and Air Conditioning:* Kindly turn off all lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.

8. *No Parties, Events, or Illegal Activities:* Any violation of this rule will result in an immediate check-out.

9. *No Smoking:* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

10. *No Pets Allowed:* Pets are not allowed due to potential allergies for future guests.

11. *Damages:* Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest.
